Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods
  • a. We offer standard shipping options during the checkout process.
  • b. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and your location.
2. Shipment Notification
  • a. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • b. Please note that this email will also include an estimated delivery date based on the selected shipping method.
3. International Shipping
  • a. We offer international shipping. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • b. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
4. Shipping Delays
  • a. While we make every effort to meet our processing and shipping timelines, there may be occasional delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Address Accuracy
  • a. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • b. Artisan Nail Therapy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
  • a. Artisan Nail Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • b. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact me via email as all packages are insured.
  • c. If claim is file, I will have to wait for claim to be approved before I craft another set for your replacement.  
7. Order Modifications
  • a. Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made to the shipping address or order details. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
